I am very proud to have in my collection the Three Sirens, by Tireless Artist aka Dorote Zaukaite Dorote’s Sirens are based on Greek Mythology where Sirens were represented by beautiful seductive female figures with the legs of birds. Grey Siren, White Siren, and Black Siren, ethereal, beautiful, and each with her own distinct personality Even in profile their personalities are visible Black Siren is the strongest of the three, she is like a rose - beautiful but beware of the thorns! White Siren is beautiful, she looks innocent but don't be fooled! Grey Siren is gentle and knowledgeable, she is soft hearted but guided by her sisters. They are plotting the destruction of a coming ship! Dorote designed, sculpted, and painted this set of 3 dolls , she made mohair wigs and beaded costumes for them. The jewellery crowns and chest pieces are by Margita Grabowska

OMG, OMG, I love Dorote's work!! So it is you that bought the last doll too!! I have some of Dorote's earlier work-- Snow White and Steampunk Ana.
Fabulous photos. You are lucky to have the 3 of them. I don't think Dorote will be doing this kind of work anymore. She is busy with resin.

Sutton, thank you for your kind words. I am simply in awe of Dorote's talent. I intended to buy one of the sirens but could not bear to split up these sisters so in the end they all came to live with me! I'm broke but happy!!!! Fawkes, I've been following this artist's work since 2009, wishing to get my hands on one of her dolls, it was worth the wait!!! Solveig, yes Dorote is from Lithuania. A lot of fantastic art comes out of Lithuania ! ivdolls, thank you so much !!!
