I am sharing information about a porcelain BJD doll artist that I have discovered. She makes the most lovely unusual art dolls. It looks like she started selling dolls in 2015. Her dolls appear to be available through various European doll events/conventions (like the IDC). The human dolls share a face mold as far as I can tell, and are all elaborately painted and costumed.

(From website- Translated from Italian)
Born in 1975 in Milan, Italy, I was lucky to grow up during the gold period for the toy industry: the mid-70s and 80s. Barbie is the name I remember most from that time. I have vivid memories of the long afternoons I spent playing with her.
I was also influenced by the Japanese anime that was first broadcast on Italian tv.
After studying art in college and working at several creative jobs, I traveled abroad: the United States, England, Germany...
During my stay in NYC I discovered Asian ball jointed dolls, and fell in love with them instantly. Since that moment I have focused exclusively on creating my own bjd dolls…
After a long journey, I have reconnected with my Daimon. The joy and fullness I feel while I create my dolls is never-ending - it is an infinite adventure. It is also a conquest of inner worlds, which I attempt to externalize through my creations.
"PUPARIUM" is not just fantasy, pop, manga and neobaroque - "PUPARIUM" is simply me.
This is not my first project involving dolls. Back in 2009 I produced a photo book entitled "Little Red Cap" where my original bjds played the role of Little Red Cap characters in a personal version of the well known fairy tale.
Doll Lines & Sculpts : Her human dolls appear to share the same sculpt. It appears she has made at least one anthro doll as well.
Measurements: 45cm for human dolls
Skin color options, accessory options, etc: All of her dolls are fully costumed with very beautiful stands. No company box but the box she does come in has foam very carefully cut and layered to support the doll. The artist sent a COA separately (since the one donated to IDC did not have one), it is lovely! A lot of her dolls appear to have accessories sculpted from sculpty clay and are removable kind of like armor pieces. Very well fitted.
At least one picture of the dolls: There are some pictures here www.puparium.com/bio_ENG.html
A few I have found on the web- this one from a recent ebay auction:
These are the dolls she brought to the 2015 Italian Doll Convention:
There are pictures on her facebook page of dolls that she brought to the 2016 Italian Doll Convention (including some new skin colors) and some new chair accessories that are really amazing: www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100009591469817&sk=photos&collection_token=100009591469817%3A2305272732%3A69&set=a.1592009641128736.1073741836.100009591469817&type=3&pnref=story
