 I just received my Forgotten Hearts Maya in chocolate porcelain! She is very lightweight and spring strung. She is an excellent poser, and aesthetically very pleasing. I had a good purchase experience from the artist on Ebay as well. And she got to me just in time for Christmas. I've named her Dana.  |

Congrats :-) it is really cool that she arrived just before christmas. Her wig looks lovely and suits her very well! I bet a white wig would also look nice; it would be an interesting contrast to the dark skin...

I love how her facial expression changes in different lighting, it reminds me of how Japanese Noh masks were sculpted to portray different emotions when they were tilted at different angles.

Thanks everyone!! I didn't like the color at first, like looking at pictures, but it grew on me. Now I like it more than normal skin though. The poseability is also really good. Better than my Marmite Sue and Popovy, but it could be because she is spring strung. She seems to fall into more natural poses very easily. And she is very light too. I don't think the wig is going to wear well, but I love the rest of her.
