It is very commendable on your part to want to make it up to former customers for the way some were treated long ago. Customers, like elephants, have long memories.
With the former out of the way, your dolls just keep getting better and better. The engraving is close to awesome level.

I just wanted to add a word of support too Alis. I have been through a very similar experience recently, and know how difficult this can be. I commend you for being so open and frank, and wish you all the very best for the future. Your dolls have really come a long way, so your hard work and determination are now paying off!
