I've noticed that most porcelain BJDs are fairly small, under 20 inches tall. I know there are many reasons for this, but I have always loved big dolls! Does anyone know of any artist who makes porcelain BJDs that are 1/3 scale or larger? I know Sabine Vogel does, but I tried to get a doll from her last year and... well, it didn't work out, unfortunately (long story). I also love the huge ED, but I know I could never afford it! I tried looking through all the threads in the Discussion by Artist section, and the only other one I found was Koitsukehime. Have any of you run across any others? Please let me know if you have, it is my dream to have one larger doll like this someday

It's not for me anyway. I don't like large dolls... I had regular resin ball joined dolls from Iplehouse and Supia, but this is not "my size"))) 40 cm - it's max

Solveig, I can't have resin dolls anymore due to health problems, but when I did have them, my largest was 70cm tall (Fairyland Feeple 70 Rona). I loved her! But then, I've always wanted a doll in my size so we can share clothes ^_^ Fawkes, I was unaware of that, I'll check them out Thank you!

The portraits I make are in scale 1/3, so about 58-60 cm big. Although I haven't made any for sale yet ^.^"

I kept this in secret but I am working for a long time already on a big BJD doll SD10 size. I already created a section on my website for BiDoll Muha. It is going to be a 13 year old girl and she could use regular BJD clothes and shoes from Doll heart, for example. I hope I will show her soon.
