It's no secret that I adore the resin ED line. So here are some photos of my girls : Gwen (European sculpt) and Moira (Asian sculpt). Both were painted by TanyaStyle. This was how they looked in April 2013 before they got their faceups. This is Gwen when she had just returned from TanyaStyle. The lovely coat was made by Nathalie Sheppard. After Gwen had returned, it was Moira's turn for a faceup. This is what she looked like after her return <3 My girls wearing wigs made by Ama/Grevling from the ED forum. My girls in an Asian mood. The qipao's were made by Issilyn on the ED forum. Gwen exploring Ghent (which is where I live). Gwen and Moira - one year after their arrival. Sorry for the picspam. I love these dolls so much. They really are my pride and joy.

I just love the faceups these two got! So sweet and fresh, yet simple. Perfect!

They are so wonderful! I love the picture on the bridge, she looks like a real life size person! I was such an idiot at the time everyone put themselves on the resin list and I didn't. I was against the resin dolls at the time, imagine that!

Amazing photography and poses. Gwen is so lifelike! I can't wait to get my hands on one... too bad the waits are so long.

Does anybody know if it is safe to wash the wig that comes with the doll?

Tovah, yes it is safe if you are talking about the one Marina made. Mine is the champagne blonde, and judging from your avatar yours is too, and my wig is a little dry, so I wanted to wash and style it and I asked Marina and she said it can be submerged in water totally, but to not push on the wigcap (for example when drying the wig) so as to not change the shape of the cap, or else the fit won't be as good anymore. I've washed mine twice and no problems at all. By the way, your girl in the avatar is lovely!

Thank you for sharing your lovely photographs! I so want one of these, and have been on the waiting list what seems like forever! How did you all come by your dolls- did you go on the waiting list, or were you lucky enough to attend one of her exhibitions?

Actually There is a place where marina gets her wig made, its another fellow artist, she also produces the wigs for popovy dolls...there is a site where it shows that she does work for them, need to find it at some point! It's in my book marks somewhere.

Lazhielle, that's interesting...I hope you can find the site again. I though that Marina and the Popovy Sisters make all their own wigs.

Lazielle, you tease! You mentioned this wig maker on the RED DOA thread too, and I am dying to know who it is!

Nope popovy sisters do the designs then commission the production work. They do the original paint work though. Okay I will try looking now to see where it is
