Hello Anna :-)
a very interesting interpretation of Lilith! She is one of my favorites goddesses but I am fond mostly of her lighter side ;-) The demonic side is too dark for my taste. Her lips are painted so masterfully!!!! And her carvings!!! I don't know what I love most!!!! Her wings are also wonderfully developed! You seem to know Lilith history pretty well ;-)

Some time ago I wanted to make Eve and than I found information about Lilith. I hatched this plan in my head a few months. I began to think how I can combine in one doll a woman, a snake and a bird. And I decided to implement all this in a such way. So now we have Lilith )))) Thank you!

Oh.... Lilith reminds me of myself. I am a gemini so I know the two extremes very intimately. I cultivate the good side, of course, but sometimes.... especially the part about not obeying a husband...eh...well.. Back to the spectacular doll, she is just mind-blowing. The wings are so beautifully put together. Gorgeous colours!! Love Anna's trademark shoes! Love that Lilith has 2 pairs of hands and the gold fingernails are so darn cool. Thank you, Sutton! I think all of us, women, has something of Lilith and has both her sides.

Wow, her eyes are stunning, I love the mix of colours in them! Thank you! I am glad that you have paid attention to it. Yes, the colours there are from blue to honey. I wanted that her eyes was were a little bit mysterious and a bit like a snake and fascinating at the same time. I hope to have succeeded.

And I decided to implement all this in a such way. So now we have Lilith )))) Thank you! For those, who don't know: In one version of the legend about Lilith she managed to get to know god's real name what gave her unlimited power. So she demanded to get wings and she flew away. That's why she has wings on many pictures :-) And her connection to snakes comes from the legend that Lilith was actually the snake who seduced Eve to pick the apple from the tree. According to the kabbalah this tree of knowledge about good and bad is the counterpart to the tree of life. The tree of knowledge about good and bad is what keeps us incarnating, captured in life and death. The tree of life on the other hand gives us the chance to connect with god and develope ourselves to masters of our own lives and escape the circle of life/death. It also teaches us to show compassion to other fellow humans beause in the end we are all connected to each other and to god because we are his creations in the end. Ok, enough background talk! I love it that you captured two important aspects of Lilith (Wings and snake) so masterfully! If I had the money, I would bid ;-)
