I heard about Marina's dolls from 2 members in our Doll Club and also in a magazine that I don't remember which one, now.

I first learned of porcelain BJDs when I saw an Enchanted Doll in a doll magazine. But I didn't really think of getting one until a few years ago, even though I liked them. I have severe chemical sensitivities, and my resin BJDs were making me very ill, I couldn't keep them. It was sad. So I started searching for dolls that I could have without getting sick, that would also have the aesthetic I wanted (because honestly, as much as I enjoyed my resin BJDs, they were never quite what I was really looking for anyways). I remember I searched online through so many pages! And I couldn't find anything that was quite right. I was getting discouraged. Then, somehow, I stumbled on the JRDolls website, and they were just what I was looking for, in aesthetic and materials! So I inquired about them, and ended up commissioning one - the one in my avatar, Kisa. And I totally fell in love with her! I had been looking for a doll like her for years. And that is how I came to have porcelain BJDs ^-^
