She arrived much faster then I expected, aparently the tracking was a bit behind on updating!
The outer box, it already had me worried a little bit because it had this huge dent/tear.

Innerbox, nicely wrapped in 5-6 layers of bubblewrap

On top her skirt.
You can see her toes peeping out from under the bubblewrap here.

Then I unwrapped her shoes and mask. The shoes are suprisingly heavy.

Then I unwrapped her, she's beautifull, she took my breath away. But you can also already see a problem here, in the bubblewrap of her left leg you can see a chip.

Completely unwrapped for the first time, she is gorgeous, I love her hands and feet.

The chip what isn't very visible yet in this photo is that her lower leg is cracked to T.T

A picture of her face and hands. I'm going to get her leg sorted out and I will try not to let it overshadow my joy for her.

From an artist point of view it's interesting to see that even though she looks flawless and perfect in photo's she has the same kind of 'imperfections' my own dolls have. Tiny raised seamlines (although much neater then mine) some tiny 'scratches' where the part has touched the oven when it was baked. She also has some fingerprints here and there, which my own dolls don't have since I completely sand them after pouring, but I must say it's cute and has a sort of charm to be able to literally see she's made by hand. Also interesting, not all joints have leather, the knees don't and are glazed on the insides so they don't make the 'nails on chalkboard' sound. What was suprising to me is that her eyes don't shine, the pupil is a thick black dot which do shines but it hasn't been covered by a final layer of transparant glaze, which to me seems an obvious choice to make the eyes look wet. I haven't taken the time yet to really play with her, I'm quite scared I'll break of the cracked lower leg :s I do plan on making a bunch of wigs for her, this one is pretty but... well... I'm a wigmaker and I kind of see her in my imagination with all kinds of hair color and long and wavy hair XD it's going to be a lot of fun
