Hi, I bought seeley’s and New York Dynamic Porcelain’s china paints. It’s the first time I’m using these brands of paint and I wanted to ask if there are any toxic or dangerous ingredients in them? If there are, how do you recommend working with them safely? Thanks, Romi

the old china paints has lead in them. You would just have to wear a mask when they are in powder form and not put any paint in your mouth once it's mixed. The new ones don't have any lead. Basically try not to breath in lead and ingest lead.

Thanks! Most of my paints don’t contain lead in them, but I’m working with mask anyway

haha yes, when its powder form it's best not to breath in tiny particles of glass which can make micro cuts in your airways.
