This doll arrived a few days ago, but only today i was able to take some pictures of her. I've always wanted to have the doll from this artist and, finally Julia contacted me that she has two ready dolls. So, i picked this one and i really like her. She is the only Asian sculpt i have so far. I named her Isabelle but maybe should search for some Asian name, maybe Japanese. Oh, I love these JRDolls so much! I think she has the perfect balance of simplicity/detail in her paint. What a beautiful doll! I love those shoes too.

Yes, i think you right about simplicity. It what makes her dolls look so realistic.

I like these pretty dolls too. The painting is nice. Thank you so much. She has very gentle painting, that gives a natural look.

She's gorgeous, congratulations! I love Julia's dolls, they are my favorite. I am waiting for one with this mold. I just talked to her yesterday, and she told me she will be making me one in the next couple of months. I can't wait! ^_^ I look forward to seeing more pics of your pretty girl (ironically, I have a doll from Julia that I named Isabelle, but she is a different mold).

I am a fan of Julia's dolls and so happy to have my Isabelle with me. It is funny that we named our dolls with the same name.

So true, blue color suits her well. (Are those shoes for Ellowyne or Tyler size? )

Thank you all for your comments. caracal, i think those are Ellowyn size. snegurochka, i don't knit. I don't even remember how i came across this dress, but i thought it will fit well my little porcelain dolls, and so it did.

Ah, I thought maybe you did - I used to, but can't right now because it hurts my hands too much. It does fit her well, and it's beautiful, you made a very good find!

Thank you jill and snegurochka, yes it was a lucky find. Somebody did a very good job on knotting on such a small and delicate scale. Probably was a dress for Barby.
