A 6-7, is what my dolls wear. But you will probably get more answers on that doll on Den of Angels, there are a lot of great threads there on Lilycats dolls.

I don't think this is the right forum to ask, maybe DoA would be a better place for information  But I think she either wears a 5/6 or a 6/7. I own a Manon and she wears one of my own 5/6 because her head is so tiny. Edit: Fitz beat me to it XD |
