Waiting by Hasel-Anne van Stormbroek, on Flickr Esmée by Hasel-Anne van Stormbroek, on Flickr Waiting by Hasel-Anne van Stormbroek, on Flickr It was freezing and foggy so nature covered everything with a thin layer of ice, the perfect (although really cold) moment for me to go out and see what I could use. Marijke was a perfect fit into this setting, the iced over branches and her pregnant belly, both waiting for spring to arrive and life to start. I also took Esmée with me and only one photo really came out perfect but thats okay, I really like how the branches curl around and point the eye of the viewer at the star shaped flower

I love the fact that nature is always so present in your photos. It seems almost as important as the doll herself. Beautiful pictures.

Your waiting mother has such a serene expression, it's very soothing.
