It looks like its local pick up only on the auction- I wonder if that is a mistake? But if not- I guess no custom fees. Chad explained on the Enchanted Forum that they will post world wide but the options provided by Ebay didn't cover the service that they would use. However, If I were miraculously in a position to bid, it would be way cheaper to fly to Vancouver and collect in person than it would to pay the 20% import duty in the UK!

bibarina and a holiday to go with! I would be so worried about breakages, let alone customs haha. Am I right in thinking this doll comes with the most amount of accessories of the Enchanted Dolls? Interesting to see her talents diversify!

Interesting to see her talents diversify! He he- yes I think I would need a holiday if I were to win that auction lol!! Just to get over the shock! I think you are right re-accessories. I think previous auctions have mainly included a stand and ED tin, with perhaps a spare wig. I think Marina has always made props, but not necessarily to sell on with her dolls. The bed she made for the Princess and the Pea was amazing, and she has always made lovely cushions and at least one chair that I know of. I don't know if the bed went with the doll in that sale but I doubt it- it would be worth a fortune all on its own!!

I think I would be tempted to smuggle the contraband out lol!! 20% on top is a lot of money- but I guess if I could afford the price paid it wouldn't make me wince like it does now!!

I for the life of me couldn't find the pictures to show you now so it could all be in my head, but I have a huge feeling I have seen them....

I always did wonder as it would be a difficult prop to use for anything else! I always loved that set.....

I wonder if the wording on the shipping put people off the bidding. I thought that would go higher. I would think that people who could bid on that would ask though.
